About Us
JUDr. Jan Březina, MLaw (attorney-at-law)
JUDr. Jan Březina, MLaw, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague (Mgr.) as well as the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich (MLaw). Subsequently, he was awarded a juris doctor degree (JUDr.) at the Charles University. Being active in advocacy since 2015, he started to work in a Prague branch of an international law firm, following by a position in a leading Czech law firm. After passing the bar exam, he founded an independent law firm.JUDr. Březina focuses on civil (litigation, contracts, real estate, inheritance law) as well as criminal law (defense, representation of injured parties, assistance to victims of a crime etc.). However, he also provides legal services in the area of commercial, labour, administrative, constitutional as well as international law.
As one of a few Czech attorneys, he also specialises in Swiss law including representation in front of Swiss courts. Regarding that, he also cooperates with Czech courts as a judicial expert ad hoc pro obor švýcarské právo.
He speaks Czech, English, German, Polish and French.
JUDr. Katarzyna Krzysztyniak, Ph.D.,(attorney-at-law)
JUDr. Katarzyna Krzysztyniak, Ph.D., graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague where she was awarded a juris doctor degree (JUDr.) and subsequently passed through postgraduate studies (Ph.D.). Being active in advocacy since 2006, she started as an associate and continue as an attorney-at-law in a leading Czech law firm. Starting from 2017, she has been providing legal services in her own law firm.JUDr. Krzysztyniak focuses on criminal law (defense, representation of injured parties, assistance to victims of a crime etc.). However, she also provides legal services in the area of civil law (focusing on damage compensation), family, labour and administrative law.
She is member of the bodies of the Czech Bar Association, Union of Defense Lawyer, Czech Helsinki Committee, Section for the Criminal Law of the Czech Bar Association as well as the Committee of the Legal Attorney’s Confidentiality.
She speaks Czech, Polish and English.
JUDr. Adéla Piksová, advokátní koncipientka
JUDr. Adéla Piksová vystudovala obor právo a právní věda na Právnické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy. V advokátních kancelářích, mj. i v advokátní kanceláři JUDr. Jana Březiny, MLaw, působila již v průběhu svého studia. Má rovněž zkušenosti z neziskového sektoru a z justice, konkrétně z Městského soudu v Praze, kde pracovala na pozici asistentky předsedkyně trestního senátu.JUDr. Piksová se specializuje na právo trestní a ústavní, podílí se nicméně na poskytování právních služeb ve všech oblastech práva, jimiž se naše kancelář zabývá. V minulosti působila jako dobrovolník v organizaci zaměřující se na pomoc rodinám a dětem vězněných osob.

Price
Výše odměny za poskytované právní služby je sjednávána individuálně se zohledněním specifik a složitosti věci. Orientačně poskytujeme právní služby v hodinové sazbě od 3.000 Kč dle složitosti věci. Odměna za první konzultaci pak činí 1.000 Kč/každých započatých 30 min.1
Attorney escrow

- up to CZK 5.000.000 – CZK 5,000 + 0,125 % from the amount exceeding CZK 1,000,000,
- up to CZK 10,000,000 – CZK 10,000 + 0,1 % from the amount exceeding CZK 5,000,000,
- up to CZK 15,000,000 – CZK 15,000 + 0,08 % from the amount exceeding CZK 10,000,000,
- up to CZK 15,000,000 – CZK 19,000 + 0,06 % from the amount exceeding CZK 15,000,000
